You can easily cancel your flight online by visiting the Alaska Cancellation Policy desktop website. If you wish to delete a single ticket from a group reservation or a single-leg ticket, which is the return from a round trip, you cannot do it online because this is only allowed for one passenger. Use the simple procedures shown below to cancel an Alaska ticket on the airline’s website.
- Visit Alaska Airlines’ online website.
- Click “manage reservation” on the page.
- Enter the confirmation code (the code you received when booking your ticket) and the Passenger’s last name, then click “Continue.”
- Look up the flight that you reserved through Alaska Airlines.
- Pressing the “Cancel” button will result in a confirmation email, a refund, or a future travel credit (if you are eligible).
